Bio:
Guilmar Moncayo is an Industrial Engineer and Project Management Professional by the PMI®. Guilmar has a high level of expertise implementing process improvement tools and applying his knowledge in the design, manufacture and distribution of banknotes, through the implementation of technologies, materials and characteristics aimed at improving their security, durability and functionality.
Guilmar has been working at Banco de México for the last five years, where he currently holds the position of Head of the Research and Development Office, and closely collaborated on the project to design, manufacture and issue the new series of Mexican banknotes.
