Taxis
Licensed taxicabs in Milan are white and contrary to most cities in Europe, taxis in Milan rarely stop when someone hails them in the street. You'll need to walk to the nearest taxi stop or call to book one +39 27777.

Tickets
Types of tickets (for buses, trams, underground lines and on the urban tracks of the suburban trains):
- Single ticket: € 2,20 > valid 90 minutes
- 24-hour pass € 7,60
- 3 day pass valid from the date of validation: €13 > The ticket is valid until the end of the public transport service on the third day, i.e., at 03:45 a.m. (not at midnight).
- 10-ticket pass € 19,50 > cannot be used by more than one person at a time.

Metro
The city has five underground lines: M1 Rossa (Red), M2 Verde (Green), M3 Gialla (Yellow), M4 Blu (Blue) and M5 Lilla (Purple) connecting the city to the suburbs.
Metro line 5 (stop Portello) and line 1 (stop Lotto) pass near the conference centre.

Bus
Milan’s urban buses are one of the best ways to get around the city. There are over 80 local bus lines and a few trolley bus lines.
Bus lines 40, 78, 91 pass near the conference centre.
Tram
Milan has 18 tram lines that have longer schedules compared to the metro and the city’s local buses. All trams run until past midnight.
Tram lines 1, 14, 19 pass nearish the conference centre.
