Design & technical guidelines

Your object should:

• Reflect the spirit of Danish design (functional or decorative)
• Ideally not exceed 100 cm (width/depth) and 140 cm (height)
• Be made mostly from recycled or surplus materials from your production
• Be safe to handle and display (no sharp edges, no toxic elements, stable structure)

Logistics

• Delivery to venue: Monday, 12 October 2026 (or during exhibition setup)
• Return of items: Friday, 16 October 2026

> delivery and return costs remain at the exhibitor’s expense

Exhibition & awards

All creations will be exhibited in the main foyer, offering strong visibility throughout the event.

Delegates will be invited to vote for their favourite object via the event app, and the top three creations will be revealed and awarded during the Dinner Party.
