Intergraf app

The Intergraf app is ready. Easy to use, it is accessible to registered and confirmed attendees only, from any computer, iPhone or Android smartphone.

Web app

You can login from your invitation using the instructions below. Or click on Intergraf app button.

You will need a stable internet connection, preferably hard-wired (LAN), and an up-to-date browser (cookies must be enabled.)

Use the buttons on the home screen or the top-menu to find your way around. And, before you join a session, do check that your camera and microphone are working properly.

Mobile app

User-friendly, the mobile app lets you take advantage of all the features wherever you are and is great for networking.

If you use your mobile device to join sessions, do make sure you have a strong signal and stable Wi-Fi connection that can handle video streaming.

Some functionalities may be limited because of the screen size.

Android 5.0 and up
iOS 13.0 or later

Getting the app

If your registration was confirmed, you received an invitation on 23/03/2022.

Check your inbox!

Cannot find it?
Take a look at your junk folder (or Other tab if using MS Outlook): it may have landed there instead.

If others from your company are missing their invitation, please ask your IT department to whitelist the address noreply@swapcard.com.

Your invitation

Check your mail from for an invitation with a red button from the address noreply@swapcard.com.

Tap the button to be redirected to the app.

The link is valid for 48 hours.

It is personal. Please do not share it!

The system will recognise your email address.

It will ask you to create a password for your account or, if you already have one, to enter your password.

And you will be automatically logged in!

Using the app

Download

Go to the App Store or Google Play.

Find Intergraf Currency+Identity.

Tap the Get and then Install button (on iOS). Or Install (on Android.)

A new Intergraf icon will appear on your screen.

Tap it to launch the app.

Enter your email address and create a password for your account.

Explore

And that's it: you're in!

Tap the menu buttons to find your way around.

Logged out? Forgot your password?

Tap Send me a magic link.

Customise

To edit and complete your profile, tap the person icon in the bottom menu.

Add your picture if missing to facilitate networking.

You can also enter fields of interests, social media handles as well as a biography.

On the web app, go to My profile in the drop-down menu right below your picture.

Agenda

Tap Agenda to display and browse the day-by-day programme.

Times will by default be displayed in your device's time zone.

Use Filters to narrow results by type, location, topics, stage (currency/identity) or track.

Join

Tap a session to display details of the presentation, speaker(s), chair, location and topics.

To register and add it to your schedule, just tap the small calendar icon right of LIVE DISCUSSION.

You will receive a reminder before the session starts.

Attendees

Tap Attendees to display and browse the full list of attendees.

Search the list by name, company or country

Or use Filters to further narrow results by sector, country, fields of interest or attending (in-person/online).

Attendees who are online are marked with a green dot (unless they disabled that function).

AI Matches are based on the information you provided when you registered.

Connect

To connect with another attendee, speaker or exhibitor, tap his/her picture.

Tap the CONNECT button.

Write your message in the box.

Tap SEND A CONNECTION REQUEST.

Your request will have to be accepted for chats or video calls to be enabled.

Exhibitors

Tap Exhibitors to display and browse the full list of exhibitors.

Use Filters to narrow results by target sectors or products/services.

Bookmark exhibitors that interest you using the small calendar icon below the logo.

Tap the logo to see more details and its location on the exhibition floor.
